| The frequency
coordination exhibit, filed with the F.C.C form 601, must contain three
items: |

1. A
copy of the notification sent to all possibly affected stations |
| 2. A list of the station licensees that were
notified, and |
| 3. A certification that the system has been
designed to not cause interference and that any concerns, |
| |
raised by the notification recipients, have
been satisfied. |
